Phinix Integrated Ltd exists to close a gap in two industries Nigeria depends on: agriculture and construction. Since registering with the Corporate Affairs Commission in 2026, we've set out to connect the informal strength of Nigerian farming with the structured demand of buyers and processors — while delivering construction and real estate work that's planned properly and finished properly.
The opportunity is real on both sides. Nigerian farmers produce millions of tonnes of soybeans, sesame, and other commodities every year, but the gap between farm gate and market stays wide — poor storage, inconsistent grading, unreliable logistics. On the construction side, cities are expanding and infrastructure is ageing faster than it's being replaced. Phinix was built to work both problems, not as two separate side hustles bolted together, but as one integrated operation with one standard.
